How is the AASM Gold Standard score determined for each record?

The AASM Gold Standard score for each record is based on a consensus by the AASM Panel of AASM Gold Standard Scorers, which consists of there physicians and two technologists. All records that do not have an initial consensus are carefully reviewed and discussed by members of the panel.
