Access the settings menu by selecting "Options" located in the top middle of the screen.

A window will appear in the center of your epoch, where you can adjust your settings for Sleep ISR scoring:

Please note, changes to global settings will persist across records. Selecting "Reset To Defaults" will restore all of these settings to their default configuration.
