Access the signal settings menu by right clicking a signal and selecting that signal's settings from the context menu.

A window will appear in the center of your epoch, where you can adjust the settings for the selected signal:

Please note, changes to signal settings are session based and will reset to defaults the next time you open a record. Selecting "Reset To Defaults" will reverse any changes made to the signal during the current session.
